Additional Info for Wed. September 22 Class

As you study the manner in which contracts can "end", determine the rules that apply before acceptance and after acceptance. On Wednesday, we will discuss the cases as well as the rules / doctrines that apply before and after acceptance. As to the rules that apply post-acceptance, attempt to classify these rules as conditions precedent or conditions subsequent. Also consider whether these rules are express or implied conditions. For example, the common law Doctrine of Frustration of Purpose is an implied condition subsequent. Rick Custin
